The factory-backed Black Bull Garage 59 squad has run cars in both of British GT's GT3 and GT4 classes since 2015, but will focus solely on the junior category this season.

The team opted to develop McLaren's new 570S GT4 exclsuively in British GT throughout 2016 before making it available to customers. And that approach appears to have paid off, with no less than six of the cars entered for this season.

Black Bull Garage 59 have rightly retained the services of young Scottish pairing Ciaran Haggerty and Sandy Mitchell, who claimed two victories and three pole positions en route to third in the drivers' standings during the car's devolpment year. They're joined by a second crew, Dean Macdonald and Akhil Rabindra, who will be hoong to follow in the Flying Scotsmen's footsteps.

Garage 59's British GT record also includes two outright victories with the McLaren 650S GT3. Its first came at Silverstone in 2015 before Rob Bell and Alasdair McCaig won at Donington Park last season aboard their Ecurie Ecosse-entered machine.
